Shipping & Returns Policy

All of my products are sent from the UK using Royal Mail.

Processing times can take between 1-7 days, and you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times:
- UK 2-7 days
- Europe 7-14 days
- International 7-28 days

If an order takes longer than this to arrive, you can contact me after:
- UK - 9 days
- Europe - 25 days
- International - 32 days

If your items arrive damaged, please contact me immediately on shoplaurenpenpal@gmail.com. If you change your mind about your order, you can contact me for a refund/exchange. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your items to do so.
